I would recommend Russ to anybody who wants to sell a house. He was helpful beyond helpful, and he was very professional in selling our house and getting us what we wanted for it. For that matter, I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a house.

Russ was exceptional. In the past, we have dealt with real estate agents that were very popular in a large city. Russ well surpassed their performance. Russ is one of the hardest working agents we’ve ever seen. He’s very detail oriented and is quick to respond to questions. He communicates clearly. The description he wrote for the listing was excellent. And he was right on the same page with us regarding setting the sale price. He’s very easy to work with. Complications existed which included our being located out of state. We could only travel a couple of times during the process. Russ kept us informed and he is very trustworthy, courteous, and professional. He made a difficult situation much easier for us. He truly is the best.

Russ was extremely diligent and passionate. He was all over the web and in person. He got our house on the market and sold in a flash! Russ was fantastic. The situation I had was very tough with a family member passing, but Russ made everything as easy and quick as it could have possibly been. He was available via email/phone/and text during the whole process. There was even one time where he drove to meet me half way between Columbus (where I live ) and Mansfield just to pick up a key to help move a car. This was something he didn't have to do at all, but was a huge help. At any point when I had a question, Russ was quick to get back to me with an answer or multiple suggestions. I had a great experience with Russ White of Haring Realty. When I wanted to view a home, It was extremely easy to schedule a showing with Russ. His knowledge of the local real estate market was very useful in helping me find a home in my price range. As a first time homebuyer, I had many questions. Russ was very quick to answer any questions. I will use Russ for any of my future real estate needs and would recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for an agent.

Russ white was literally the greatest realtor ever he went above and beyond and even farther than any expectations ever couldn't recommend a better person I guarantee you that you could live a hundred lifetimes and never find a better realtor great experience overall hands down I don't know what he's making but it should probably be doubled literally greatest realtor ever

Russ went above and beyond for us when selling my parents house. He gave us many great suggestions to help sell the house. He was very patient, understanding and accommodating when working with my elderly parents. Because of Russ's experience and support, the house went for sale on a Wednesday and we had 2 offers by the following weekend. I highly recommend Russ White with Haring Realty to sell your house.

A stressful situation was made easier for me by having Russ White to walk me through it . I liked that I felt free to speak with him often and he checked on how things were moving toward the sale and reported to me nearly every day since my home was listed . His compassion to help others and treat everyone fairly is always at the top of his to do list . I think that is a very important trait to have when dealing with buying or selling a home .

Russ was absolutely wonderful, very welcoming as a realtor and made it seem like it wasn't a business but a journey or an adventure trying to find a house. Which is a very good thing because you would rather have someone that cared about his clients rather than caring about selling a house or caring about getting money. With me only able to do viewings on the weekends he made sure to make time and that was so convenient. But for Russ to take time out of his day on a Saturday or Sunday to view a house with me just made his credibility even better than what I saw when I first met him. Russ is the best.

I am not familiar with Haring Realty. I met Russ White at an Open House. He was very nice, and gave me his card. Several months later, I called him to see a house. He was so nice to my sister, and accommodated her request. It was surprisingly a nice gesture. A few months later, I asked him to represent me in a purchase. We have been together every since that day. Russ White is the epitome of great service, friendliness, kind, knowledgeable and much more. I would follow Russ White whatever. You cannot get service like this anymore - anywhere.
